Refund and Cancellation Policy

Massage and Personal Training Sessions

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, including missed appointments, will be charged at the full session rate. No refunds are issued for completed sessions.

Packages and Bundles

Packages are non-refundable once the first session has been used. Unused sessions expire six months from the date of purchase. Packages may be transferred to another person with prior agreement.

Coaching, NLP, and Mindset Sessions

Due to the individualized nature of these services, fees are non-refundable once the program has begun. If a client is dissatisfied after the first session, they may request a refund of unused sessions within seven days, minus the cost of the first session.

Energy, Intuitive, and Mediumship Sessions

These services are non-refundable. Clients acknowledge that outcomes are subjective and may vary.

Digital Products

All digital products, including PDFs and recordings, are final sale and non-refundable.

No-Shows

No-shows are charged at the full session rate.

Exceptions

In cases of illness, emergency, or extenuating circumstances, a credit or rescheduling option may be offered at the discretion of the provider.

Agreement

By booking a session or purchasing a service, the client confirms acceptance of these terms
